Chimes and bells attract me. I love to hear them ringing when the wind is lightly blowing on the tree in front of my house, I find the sound delightfully soothing! So I decided to create a few of them myself and experiment with animal shapes in ceramic.
I am delighted with the results of my experiments. Using high fire ceramic clay, I hand sculpted wolf and bunny rabbit heads and then added a wooden ball to make it ring. They are glazed in beautiful earth tones and will stand weather and wind when you hang them from your favorite garden spot to enjoy their soothing musical sounds for years to come, all made with lots of love from me, Danita Art, to you.
