I’ve been wanting to try a set of granulating watercolors for a while, and I finally did. These three little paintings happened because of that.
There’s something about the way the pigment settles and blooms that makes everything feel more alive — more settled into itself. I didn’t plan these pieces, I just played and they appeared.
