Latin American Folk art inspired me to paint what I've always felt and believed, that we are all tangled with nature. No matter how much we try to deny it, nature shapes our spirits, and in turn, our spirits influence nature. We are part of something big, something grand beyond our understanding, yet so close to our spirit that we can feel it if we quiet our minds for a moment and slow down to feel it.
